Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship exclusively to the US & Canada. We plan on opening up to more countries in the coming months.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping (3-5 business days) on all US orders, and free standard shipping on all Canada orders over $30.

When will my order ship?

After your payment is confirmed, it takes up to 24 hours to fulfill and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 12 pm EST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 12 am EST on a Friday, your order will be shipped out on the following Monday.

I need to change my order. How do I do that?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has fulfilled your order (usually within 24 hours), we will be unable to make any changes.

How do I track my order?

You’ll be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order leaves our warehouse. You can also log in to your Keika account on this page to check your order status at any time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, as well as Apple Pay and PayPal. Use whichever method you're most comfortable with.

What’s the return policy?

Try it. If you don’t love your product for whatever reason, we’ll refund your order. No questions asked.
