At this time, we ship exclusively to the US & Canada. We plan on opening up to more countries in the coming months.

After your order is processed and payment is confirmed, it takes up to 24 hours to fulfill and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 12 pm EST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 12 am EST on a Friday, your order will be shipped out on the following Monday.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hello@keikanaturals.com. Once our warehouse has fulfilled your order (usually within 24 hours), we will be unable to make any changes.

You’ll be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order leaves our warehouse. You can also log in to your Keika account on this page to check your order status at any time.
